I also have tried ''Methi Mutar Malai'' and ''Daal Makhni'' as per your recipe they also turned out very good. I really want to thank you for sharing your kitchen knowledge and experience with us... Tried it out on a special occasion. It is a very good recipe. Turns out really great if one gets the proportion right. Also, I didnt use milk but it still worked out pretty good.
