The dressing features low-fat curds laced with honey and a streak of spices, which gives the salad a rich and luscious mouth-feel and refreshing taste despite the low calorie count.
The dressing is in every way a perfect match for this mix of juicy and crunchy fruits and veggies. Since no high-sodium ingredient is used in this Creamy Green Salad, it is good for those wishing to keep their blood pressure under control.
You can pair this salad with a soup like the Nutritious Pumpkin Soup or Green Peas Soup .

Creamy green salad, as the name suggests, its creamy.. feels healthy in every bite.. with the juicy grapes and crunchy capsicum and cucucmber. The honey just balance the taste with the sourness of the curds. I would love to have this on a lazy sunday..
