3/4 cup readymade coconut milk (nariyal ka doodh)
1/2 cup readymade orange juice
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
4 tsp cornflour
For Serving
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a broad non-stick pan, mix well using a whisk and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or till the mixture thickens, while stirring continuously.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with banana slices and apple cubes.
