Ingredients
For Chocolate Walnut Fudge
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
For chocolate walnut fudge
- To make chocolate walnut fudge, heat a broad non- stick pan, add the condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame, add the walnuts and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture immediately into a 100 mm. × 100 mm. (4” × 4”) greased square aluminium tin and spread it evenly with the help of the back of a spoon, keep aside for 30 minutes or till it cools completely and sets.
- Serve the chocolate walnut fudge immediately or store in an air tight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
