Awesome! Nutritious parathas which are tasty too... Approved by my 2 year old picky eater! I even added a grated carrot and a handful of spinach to the dough.

the lemon cooler is very refreshing. the rose water and the mint leaves gives it the correct flavour. also if the drink is too lemony one can increase the amount of sugar init .

the cucumber and yoghurt dip can be used for any dish. it is an excellent complementary dish and could be had with chips, pita bred and vegetables. the garlic flavour is highlighted in this dish.
