Fantastic soup, lovely taste. I''ve looked for this specific taste of coriander and lemon combination, and I''ve found it here. I''ve made it both for family and friends, they all loved it! Loved this recipe, used fennel instead of cabbage and popped in chopped sugar snap peas along with the coriander, so tasty!

can we avoid adding cornflour in the recipe?

Tarla Dalal    Hi Sweta, Cornflour provides thickness to the soup. If you skip adding it, you will not get the required consistency. You can try substituting it with roasted oats powder.

I tried this recipe. It sure turned out to be quite yummy. Did not have the stock instead of which I used a Maggi cube instead and did not have the corn flour instead of which I used rice flour instead. And it did turn out to be restaurant good. Try it.
