Tasted ok. Definitely need to be eaten immediately for best taste. Used about 1 cup or more for bread crumbs. Roll generously.

Must try recipe. Turned put amazing. Very soft balls. Tasted superb with the sauce.

I had tried Risotto rice many times, but risotto balls is something different. These balls serves a great taste of herbs, cheese and basil..
