but oil should be what temperature? i think its important because too hot or too cold affects the results.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, always fry anything when the oil is hot but not piping hot, to test of the oil is hot enough put a small piece of food if it comes up the oil is ready for use...

potato wafer.. who do not like wafers.. and these were just the perfecct ones.. with crunchy texture, and mild spice of the black pepper. Now i would prefer making these wafers.. and store it in a container.. Thank you for the recipe..
