Tarla Dalal has left one of the greatest legacy for Indians with so many recipes. What is remarkable about her recipes is that firstly, all ingredients whether it is vegetables or spices are always available in Indian homes and secondly, each of the recipes I have tried, has come out absolutely perfect. Grateful to TD team who put up this web-site and shared this legacy with us. You have spready joy in so many households, you have no idea about.
