You mentioned in each stage, microwave on high for 2 minutes. What is that high. Is it just microwave or Will this high / low range be available on microwave. How to select.

Tarla Dalal    Only the gravy will last if you put it in a air tight container and freeze it. Cannot add the paneer and cream to it.
