What kind of cheese to use? In restaurants these will be slightly yellow in colour. Mozzarella or cheddar???

Gooey, cheesy with a crunch of the capsicum is just so heavenly yummy, this nachos with cheese is a great starter for my guest, and instantly made. My favorite recipe.

Nachos with cheese are so popular nowdays among kids and adults...the cheese sauce in this recipe is WOW...I prefer making the chips in advance and keeping and when guest come just make this sauce and serve with sliced capsicum
