I can''t have besan atta. so what alternate flour I can use?

Tarla Dalal    https://www.tarladalal.com/Mexican-Bread-Rolls-1714r You can refer this link and instead of mexican stuffing add the potato mixture. Because there is no substitute to besan flour. or you can make tikkis out of potato mixture and shallow fry them on a non stick pan and have it.
