Hi Whenever I make Gajar halawa , during process only it becomes very dark black in color like taar It tastes better but looks horrible I tried normal and non stick vessels but same result Why this happens please advice me and please give me suggestions .... Regard

Tarla Dalal    Hi, check the vessel you are making it.. and also check the flame while working. cook the carrots on a medium flame.

OMG this halwa just tastes delicious. It just melts in the mouth. The sweetness is just perfect. The mava adds an additional flavour to this gajar ka halwa which is just irresistible.
