What is condensed milk? Can we use any alternate to condensed milk

Nice recipe.. Please let me know what is this fresh cream? Do we have to use Amul cream or we can make it at home?Is it Thick malai? 1)Can we add soya milk instead of Cream? 2) can we add sugar instead of condensed milk??

Tarla Dalal    Hi Chinmay, Yes fresh cream is Amul fresh cream. Use readymade We have not tried it with soya milk, if you wish you try and see. No use only condensed milk Follow the recipe exactly to get good results.
