tried the recipe.... easy to make and tastes heavenly... though came exactly shown in pic... second time the melted chocolate crystallised in the cream.... wht could have possibly gone wrong??

Tarla Dalal May be you should have mixed the chocolate well after melting it in a microwave and before folding it with the whipped cream.
