Loved this recipe. But it was slightly oily so patted the tikki with flour before frying.

Tarla Dalal    Hi Dhara, yes you can add cheese if you wish to but just remember do not add a lot as while frying it will oozze out, so fry one and see.

quick.. tasty... use of minimum ingredients...perfect blend of flavours... this recipe has all... I was not sure if the tikkis would bind well just with so much rice flour, but they did and the result was awesome... liked by all... great starter recipe....
