This cheesy puffs are so easy and quick to make...I make this often when I have unexpected guest coming over.

What a lovely combination of cream cracker biscuits and white sauce with a tinge of spice. The cracker soften after baking and the cheese on top tastes great. My daughter loved it and i did also.
