Whenever, I visit your site to see nutritional value of any indian dish or ingredients, it gets very confusing..as given in Petha ..you are saying one piece . How much weight we should consider for one piece? It goes for other items as well and rest of the information is very useful. Please do the needful. P.S. : One piece could be any weight and it is not ideal way to count macros and calories. Thanks, Navneet Verma.

Tarla Dalal    Thank you for your feedback. We don’t weigh the food we cook. We mention them in numbers or estimate the amount a serving size is. The key to take from the analysis of a recipe is if it''s healthy and fits into your lifestyle. When in doubt, eat less of that recipe. We present the facts as we see it. It has taken several years of research to create a detailed database of Indian foods to present to all our members as we love health.

Tarla Dalal    Satya, it''s not about the calories but the quality of calories. Best is to cut sugar from your diet. The rest is your call.
