broccoli cheese balls.. Super cheesy.. and a perfect starter.. I made this for a recent party and it was a super hit.. They all loved it.. This is a must try recipe..

Love the recipe but don't like the 'deep fry' part. Is there a way to bake the balls without frying them in oil?

Tarla Dalal    Avoid the breadcrumbs in rolling and instead shape them like tikkis and cook them on a non-stick tava using little oil on a medium flame. Do not bake them.
