Do we need to cover with lid and cook the bhindi? Many a times, it gets slimy and then what to do? If u could help with tips. Thanks

Tarla Dalal    Hi, If it gets slimy, just add a 1 tsp of curd to the mixture and cook. Do not cover it with a lid.

This recipe I atleast make once a week as i love bhindi and when served with hot rotis and dal i love it. Perfect recipe
