it was fantastic I added salt,chilli powder,sesame seeds, green chilli, roasted jeera powder, coriander,turmeric powder to the dough.. it was one of the best Puri''s ever had in life

Beetroot puri.. the colour itself is so tempting.. and it has a slightly sweet taste to the puri.. really nice recipe.. just loved it..
