Baked whole wheat puris..Healthy version of puris.. it taste really good with perfect masalas.. Great for evening snacks and can be munched, whenever you feel like.. Thank you for the recipe.

Hello Madam I tried this recipe I enjoyed it very much doing it for the first time. When I knead the dough I was not able to roll it with the roller pin and used to crack .where it went wrong please help

Tarla Dalal    Hi Simran, The flours used in this recipe are flours which are a little difficult to roll, so with practice you will be able to, add little whole wheat flour if you wish it will be easier to roll then.

a multi grain puri that can be baked...yes a low cal snack that everyone in my family enjoys with evening tea. once i did not have methi at home so i added chopped coriander and it tasted equally good, but i personally like it with methi better as it adds its unique flavour. also try ading a little green chilli-ginger paste for extra spice.
