Ingredients

Method
  1. Cut the paneer into small cubes.
  2. Mix the plain flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt in 3/4 cup of water.
  3. Mix the chilli powder, dry mango, 1/2 teaspoon salt and ajwain.
  4. Dip the paneer pieces into the batter. Deep fry the paneer pieces in oil.
  5. Roll them into the prepared masala mixture.
  6. Put on toothpicks and serve hot.

Tips
  1. VARIATION : POTATO SNACKS
  2. Instead of paneer, use potatoes. Boil the potatoes, cut into cubes and deep fry in ghee. Roll into the masala mixture and serve on toothpicks.
