Add 3 chopped green chillies.
Add 8 to 10 mint leaves (pudina).

Add 1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak).
Add 3 to 4 curry leaves (kadi patta).
Add 1 cup roasted chana dal (daria).
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
Add ½ tsp asafetida.

Add 1 tsp chaat masala.
Add ½ tsp black salt.
Add 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur).
Add 1 tsp oil and salt to taste.
Blend into a powder without adding any water.

Store this sukha bhel chutney powder in an air tight container for upto 1 month in refrigerator.
