  4. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add tomato pulp, curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander cumin seeds powder, kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala and powdered cashew nut.
  6. Mix well and cover and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until the oil is released.
  7. Add the sautéed mushrooms, salt to taste and ½ cup hot water. Mix well.
  8. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve mushroom masala hot.
