Are you sure puffed rice is good for weight loss? Doesn''t it cause weight gain?

Tarla Dalal    Dear Twara, as mentioned in the disclaimer we recommend this recipe as an occasional treat to satisfy your craving for bhel. Moreover we have added sprouts and fruits to reduce the quantity of puffed rice and calories both. This is a sneak way of having fruits and sprouts to add in fiber to your diet also. There is no use of fried sev or papdi too in this recipe.

Amazingly colourful and tasty....no need of any chutney or sev...fresh fruits, veggies, sprouts and puffed rice...provides all the necessary nutrients....
