I replaced the ghee with coconut oil and coconut milk to finish it off ( vegan friendly ) and tested amazing!! Thank you!

Four dals, masoor, moong, tuvar and urad dal cooked in a spicy rich paste.

A spicy combination of moong dal, madooo dal, urad dal and tovar dal. A nice flavor comes from the Kashmiri chillies.
