Fantastic but I bake the kofta s after steaming and then fry them in nonstick pan. Also put some almond powder when shaping into balls. Thanks

I tried this recipe. and there is nothing left in the kadhai ! it was so good to taste and guilt free. noone even realized that koftas are not fried! one addition from my side, steaming koftas in microwave worked well for me.
