Can I make this dough overnight and store in fridge and bring it to room temperature the next morning before making paratha??

Jowar and Vegetable Paratha.. a different variation of paratha..which is just too good in taste.. Kids enjoy this roti.. and it is also colourful.. My niece loves to take this to school.. and she enjoys this with ketchup.. lovely recipe ..
