Hello, the salad was pretty tasty as is but because I like playing with flavors, I added, lettuce, pecans, raisins and bumped up the dressing by adding olive oil, honey, red wine vinegar and herbs to the original salad dressing. I made about 4 tbs of the dressing. Either way, both were great and my family loved it. It''s definitely better after resting for 30 minutes or more.

A quick and easy salad recipe.. the sweet, sour and spicy taste of the salad is just so good.. this salad can be enjoyed by itself..
