eady to eat soups, food mixes, bread, pasta, juices, junk foods like cheese balls, French fries etc. may be convenient and tasteful but are devoid of vitamins, fibre and contain just enough of salt, trans fat, sugar, preservatives to damage our health! If you have diabetes it is wise to plan ahead for small meals (snacks) and opt for home made healthier alternatives like whole fruits, roasted chana, khakhra, sprouts, vegetable dalia/oats etc. than falling prey to processed foods.
