Method
    Main procedure
  1. Drain the soaked moong dal and cook it till it is just done. Drain and cool.
  2. Add the chopped fenugreek leaves, green chillies, cucumber, lemon juice, sugar and salt and toss well.
  3. Sprinkle the grated coconut and coriander on top while serving.
