2 cups chopped papaya
3/4 cup orange segments
3/4 cup chopped bananas
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or
20 ice-cubes
Method
For anti cholesterol shake
- To make anti cholesterol shake in a mixer, combine the papaya, orange, banana, vanilla extract or essence and 20 ice cubes.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.
- Serve anti cholesterol shake immediately.
