To Blend Into A Coarse Paste Using 1/4 Cup Water
1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
4 to 5 garlic (lehsun) cloves
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
Other Ingredients
4 multigrain bread slices
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp sunflower seeds (surajmukhi ke beej) for sprinkling
2 tsp oil for cooking
Method
For multigrain sprouts toast
To make multigrain sprouts toast recipe, remove the sprouts mixture into a bowl, add onions and coriander. Mix well and keep aside.
Place a bread slice on a clean dry surface, apply the sprouts mixture evenly over the bread slice.
Sprinkle ½ tsp sunflower seeds on each bread slice.
Heat a tava (griddle) and grease it using ½ tsp oil. Place the toast sprouts mixture facing downwards.
Cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until light golden brown in colour.
Flip the side and again cook for 2 minutes until the bread turns crisp.
