Ingredients
For Chocolate Spread
1 cup almond (badam)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence
3 tbsp oil
Method
For chocolate spread
- To make chocolate spread, dry roast the almond in a non-stick pan on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove in a plate and allow it to cool completely.
- Once cooled, transfer into a mixer and blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Add powdered sugar, coco powder, vanilla extract and oil.
- Blend it again until it becomes smooth and thick consistency. It will take around 15 minutes.
- Store the chocolate spread in an air tight container or use as required up to 1 month.
