Method- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies, garlic and onions and sauté on medium flame for 3 minutes.
- Add the ladies finger, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while tossing occasionally.
- Serve hot.
