What are semolina pancakes made off?

 

    1. What are semolina pancakes made off? Indian semolina vegetable pancakes are made from 1 1/2 cups semolina (rava), 3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi), 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania), 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies, salt to taste, 2 tsp fruit salt and 4 tsp oil.
Tips for semolina pancakes

 

    1. In a deep glass bowl put 1 1/2 cups semolina (rava).
    2. Add 3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi).
    3. Add 1 cup of water.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
    6. This is what it looks like after 30 minutes.
    7. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage.
    8. Add 1/2 cup grated carrot.

These pancakes are very easy and quick to make, I make this often for breakfast and serve with green chutney or coconut chutney
