- In a deep bowl, combine the wheat flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, black sesame seeds, salt, oil and coriander.
- Mix well and knead into a soft dough using ¾ cup water.
- Divide the dough and the stuffing into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
- Roll a portion of the dough into a 100 mm. (4”) diameter circle using a little wheat flour for rolling.
