Ladi pav is the ever-popular Indian bread used predominantly for pav-bhaji and vada-pav.
It is available in the most small streets of India. This small bread with top crusty brown finish is topped with garlic and butter and baked to give perfect ladi pav garlic bread.
Method- Combine the butter, garlic paste and dried mixed herbs in a bowl and mix well.
- Apply the garlic-butter mixture on both sides of each slice.
- Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes, or till they turn crisp.
- Serve immediately.
