What is khus drink made off? What are the ingredients of khus drink? Indian khus cooler is made from 5 simple ingredients like 1/2 cup khus syrup, 4 tbsp soaked falooda seeds (subza), 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 2 1/2 cups chilled lemonade and 8 ice-cubes.

Clean the flaooda seeds and remove dirt if any. Put the falooda seeds in a deep glass bowl. A bigger bowl is better as the seeds will swell up.

Soak the falooda seeds in enough water for 30 to 45 minutes. Take 2 tablespoons falooda seeds to get 4 tablespoons soaked falooda seeds.
