Ingredients
2 gold kiwi fruit , halved and scooped
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp sugar
2 strips silver edible silver leaf (vark) , crushed
1 cup soda
few ice cubes
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the scooped kiwifruit, orange juice, sugar and crushed silver varaq and blend in a mixer till smooth, taking care that seeds do not brake.
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 individual wine glasses, filling half the glass.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Pour equal amounts of soda and serve immediately.
