1 cup milk
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
150 gms fresh strawberries
1 slice of banana
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp sugar
Method
    Method
  1. Ombine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.
