    Method
  1. Combine corn and mayonnaise in a mixer and blend to form a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer it to a plate and add sour cream,onion,capsicum and tomatoes.Mix well.
  3. Pour in a serving bowl.Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. Serve immediately or chilled with your favourite chips or fries.
