This is very nutritious milk for lactating mothers. the tip is that if some doesn't like nuts they can replace nuts with dates . dates are good source of iron.
- Brig milk to boil.
- then grind all the nuts in grinder to powder form and add to themilk .
- Now keep it on fire on slow
- Flame and let it cook for about 45 mins.
- keep stiring in between.
- when the colour of milk turns light brown then add sugar abd cook for 5mins. now takeit off the fire and serve it hot .
