a great marriage of flavors... walnuts... bananas vanilla and the splash of honey over these hot pancakes ... very heavenly... and also not to forget the most important part that by using whole wheat and wheat bran.. this recipe leaves you with no guilt at the end... Try It!!

simple and nice.. these parathas are a great variation the the classic Makai ki Roti and also the addition of mooli makes it healthy... great way to trick children and all those who would refuse to eat mooli... it tastes good..

untill now i would by the ready made masala packects to make methi mutter malai for my mum who loves it.. but after trying out this recipe i feel so funny.... for this is such a simple recipe with all the ingredients being readily available in your homes... thnx for this recipe.. as i always feared it to be long and with an endless list of ingredients.. NO MORE buying ready packets... guess your Web-Site is all that i need.

Soft gooey and flavor-filled these parathas are simply tempting... i usually make palak parathas but never thought that by adding paneer to it.. the complete taste and texture of this recipe would be so different... Nice one.

unreal.... i tried this recipe as an evening snack and thought that its impossible to make pasta that quick and even if yes... i wondered how it would taste.. but to my surprise.. it took exactly 11 minutes to cook and well about the taste.. it was spot on.... just the same as a recipe made by the old conventional method that takes atleast and hour to make... great one!!!

MUST TRY this recipe... full of flavor and texture these parathas are simply delicious... the addition of sweet corn and potatoes makes these parathas unique... soft and succulent... serve them with chunda... i loved it...

interestingly unique combination.. these toasts very crunchy with a slight hint of the sweetness from the apples and the saltiness from the cheese and the light crunch from the carrots.. my niece loved it n so did I .. :-)

Walnut pesto was an interesting combination... and a great variation the the classic Pine nut pesto recipe... also the paneer was a great addition.. the flavors were simple yet so aromatic... the freshness of the basil... the nuttiness from the walnuts and the punch from the garlic and olive oil was a great experience.

The dressing is spot on... deliciously palatable.. this recipe has a great combination of textures... the crunch from the lettuce the smoothness from the dressing and the pasta and the volume from cherry tomatoes and the broccoli.. very refreshing and a great appetizer..

Wow!!! this recipe is so quick and spot on.. i would do it the long... old boring way of boiling the khajur, cooling it down... then blending it and then adding the jaggery and boiling it again... and then again the long precess of cooling it down... this recipe was was a life saver... ;-)

I made this recipe for a high tea organized at my home the other day... it was a super hit... besides the baking time.. it was a very quick recipe... i will recommend you to resist your temptation to dig into it till completely cooled down just to get the best texture of it...

amazingly quick... as usually with the rice phirni... we have to keep cooking the phirni till the rice cooks and that's when the milk thickens.. but here by using poha.. the time has almost reduced to less that half the time... and for people with a sweet tooth who cant resist the wait... try this recipe... i loved it warm too.. so indulge in..!!!

Paneer and Red Capsicum Subzi

what a tantalizing burst of flavors... i loved the use of red capsicum in it.. however after adding paneer... it ozzed out a little moisture.. i was worried as i didn't want it to be all mushy... but i just turned up the flame to high for a minute.. and there i had my perfect paneer capsicum subzi.. loved it!!!
