My name is Abnash Kaur. Ilive inchandigarh. Iam married for the last 23years with two kids. My son is doing MBA from IIM AHD. &my daughter is doing BDS from NDC DeraBassi. Iam myself a postgraduate in commerce.As my family didnot alloe me to pursue a job, so till the time Igot married Ijoined alot of courses like shorthand diploma from Y.M.C.A , stitching&cooking diploma from ITI Delhi,&many hobby courses. Iam afan of Ms. Tarla Dalal since 1976 when Iwas in classXI. Ihad allthe 3 cokbooks by her at that time &Iused to make &bake many dishes from her books,so when I showed my desire to join the diploma course there was great disharmony in my family. They thought that when I am able to cook so many dishes already whats the need to join this course. Iamvery fond of cooking & Itried to continue this interest after my marriage also. But Ialso have a feeling that Ihavenot done much in life, so Ireally wish that my daughter to stand on her own feet &do something on her own. donot have much knowledge about net but Iam trying to learn abit.i am a regular reader of cooking&more &have acollection of books by sanjeev kaoor,neetamehta, tarladalal&jiggs kalra. My husband is a businessman with atight working schedule. Idont like it but cant do anything. Idonot want to create any disharmony because this one reason was a drawback in my parents family which ler the tongues wagging &that Idont like
