Be carefully clean the ginger.ia contained lots of dust.
- Grind ginger.
- Boil water starts bubbling than add giner to it.
- Add sugar to it.
- Boil on high flame for 2 mins and switch off.
- Strain ginger using a filter.
- In a vessle add ginger water and all the juices.
- Referigerated this concentrate and blend it with iced cube or soda.
- Add salt to taste.
