Green beans taste great when topped with vinegar dressing and served cold.
Method- Blanch the baby corn in salted water.
- Boil the french beans in salted water.
- Pour the dressing over the french beans, baby corn, capsicum and tomatoes. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold on a bed of lettuce.
