Dear Tarla mam, My husband is a great fan of north indian recipes. He tried punjabi missi roti for the first time at home as per your recipe instructions and it turned out very well, roti was very soft to eat with curd as an accompaniment. Thanks for sharing ... Jayashree Ganesh ( a south Indian)
