Taste is ok but I think it will need 2 cups brown rice for the above vegetable quantity.

Tarla Dalal    To make the recipe a bit healthier, the quantity of rice is less and the quantity of veggies is more in this recipe. However, if you wish you can increase the quantity of brown rice to 2 cups.

A combo brown rice and loads of veggies.... this is the perfect recipe i was looking for my dad who is diabetic. He loved it...do try!!
